Red Eye Removal

There is a tool on photoshop specifically called red eye tool but this tool is genuinely quite useless and not very precise at all. You draw around the area that needs adjusting  (holding down shift if another selection is needed) until the red eye has supposedly been removed. This tool is very hard to use though because it easily selects other parts of the eye than the iris. The appropriate method instead is to use the replace colour tool, under image - adjustments. You use the eyedropper tool to select the shades of the eyes (using the + and -) and then change the saturation & lightness to make them look darker. If you find when you edit it you have missed a bit then you can use the eyedropper tools again to select the parts and then edit them, until you have corrected the whole area affected by red eye.
